Did not enjoy

I was very disappointed with this audiobook. So many good reviews and I just don't get it. To me it was a cross between a bad Lifetime movie and a cheesy action movie. Very unrealistic and over the top in so many ways. The sex scenes did nothing for it, in fact there was nothing romantic about it at all. Wish I'd used that credit on something else. The narrator was great though (for what she had to work with!)

Romantic Mystery

I loved the psychological thriller aspect. I felt the "romance" distracted from the true story.

Who wrote this?

This doesn’t even sound like Lisa Gardner! I’m a huge Lisa Gardner fan. I kept waiting for it to get good. Totally disappointed. Story not developed, fillers of sex scenes that totally did not move forward the story. And then all of a sudden just ends. Won’t reveal spoilers but the whole book was a spoiler for me. Lisa what happened?
