Two radical groups have joined together for a common purpose - to kill the President of the United States, and they're looking for the perfect person to do the job.

Not a cold-blooded killer or a vicious assassin, but a model citizen, far removed from the watchful eyes of Homeland Security.

When the president comes to Kansas City, the unlikely trio of Walt, Willie, and Louie the Lip find themselves knee-deep in the planned assassination.

Join our heroes for another suspenseful mystery and lots of laughs!

Another fantastic book by Robert Thornhill.
Two groups who hate each other join forces to find someone desperate and in fire need of money to kill the President. Once again Walt is in the wrong place at the wrong time.

George Kuch narrates this audible with an excellence only a few narrators can accomplish.

Lady Justice and The Assassin is my thirteenth enjoyable read/listen from author Robert Thornhill. Another entertaining clean read, filled with puns & one-liners, as always dealing with current social topics. Each book in the series seems better than the last as Thornhill continues to up his game. Narrator George Kuch again adds greatly to the listening enjoyment with his wide variety of entertaining voices & inflections, Kuch IS Walt Williams! I’ll definitely be reading more from Thornhill! I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. Up next is Lady Justice & the Lottery. Since I own both the Kindle & Audible editions I was able to follow along while being read to. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Great read

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love willie he's such an amazing character and then of course, Ox.

Any additional comments?

I had a little trouble with the content of this book due to our real presidents response to the hate groups and recent happenings. Because of this, it took longer to listen to this book. I love how Walt can always expect unexpected help from Willie. Now that's the kind of guy you should count yourself lucky to call friend. I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom.

Still another hit in this series

You would think that this book was written now in 2017 (actually written in 2013), because the subject matter is SO relevant to our current state of affairs. Two radical groups from opposite political sides suddenly realize that they have a lot more in common than they think.. they both want the President gone. However, what makes this story pull your emotions all over is when they hire an assassin who you really feel for. Henry, a middle class family man who falls on hard times & is about to lose his home is offered an astronomical amount of money to do the deed. Robert Thornhill does an incredible job of making you feel all the emotions at once. Will Henry go through with it? Will the radical groups prevail?

While that's the main story line, there are actually many sub plots going on as well. We get to see a lot of the gang, and the Walt goes under cover as a TV executive at a dog competition & as a homeless person trying to bust a gang. In usual George Kuch fashion he narrates this all with an ease that draws you in and keeps you hooked. This is another slam dunk in the series!

Another fantastic story!
