A slow buildup leading to an explosive performance

The story can be a slow burner, describing the managerial and political dramas of what it takes to get a secret aerospace project off the ground at a breakneck pace in light of a war. While this sort of story is too often glanced over in cinema, it only adds to Lash-Up's believability. A little patience is rewarded well; it rises to an exciting and nail-biting crescendo you don't want to miss.

Great book with lots of technical details

I thought this was a great book! I certainly am no expert on the inner workings of the military and all of their contractors, so I can’t speak to the authenticity, but I really enjoyed all of the explanation and detail. This is the first book I listen to with this narrator, and I really enjoyed his performance.

The Plot. It’s still very current.

It was quite gripping and I so thoroughly enjoyed it. It also brought back a lot of memories of my dealing with departments of the Federal Government, when I did in the 1980’s and 1990’s.

I’m hooked on Larry Bond and will start his next book right this minute!

This books title on Audible.com is misleading. This has nothing to do with the First Team Series or any other Series Larry Bond has written.

Just a matter of time.

Fiction for now but it Makes you wonder how long until it actually may happen.
