Would you listen to Lawful Deception again? Why?

Yes. I have listened to every book in the Vernetta Henderson Series. Pamela Samuels Young is a great writer and I love how she incorporates the law, private investigating and police work. R.C. Bray brings each character to life.

What did you like best about this story?

The story line is good from beginning to end and unlike some books all of the characters bring personality to the story.

What does R.C. Bray bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

R.C. Bray adds a little flavor to each character.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I did not want to stop listening.

As usual, the narration by RC Bray.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Lawful Deception?

Hard to pick one. This book was captivating from start to finish.

What about R.C. Bray’s performance did you like?

He does an awesome job of distinguishing each character. I never have to listen to a portion twice to try to figure out which character is speaking. RC Bray and Pamela S Young are the perfect duo.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I hate for her stories to end. It is so hard to find a great story without explicit sexual content and language. I love Pamela S Young's classy, entertaining writings. I have never been disappointed with a purchase from Pamela.

The characters are people you can relate to. Special is like someone I knew growing up. She is laugh out loud funny.

This book is resplendent with people who lie and yet somehow feel that they are good people.

Terrific legal thriller!

Legal thrillers simply do not get better than Lawful Deception! I'm a fan of Pamela Sameuls Young and have listened to all but one of her audio books. Her characters are vivid and her plots are sophisticated. RC Bray is one of the top narrators. I VERY, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this novel.
