This is an excellent choice for leadership in policing. I also just had the pleasure of meeting Ed Pallas while taking a class he was teaching on leadership. He really knows his stuff. I have read many leadership books for LEO and civilian, and this is the best.
The information is applicable to the current day and age. It is written in a way that is easy to understand, and apply.
I can't recommend this book enough.

The narrator does a great job as well and is easy to listen to.
