This audiobook reveals the glorious weaknesses of today's new breed of leader, as well as the Bible's most famous ones. It supplies practical direction to anyone who aspires to be a more effective leader, showing that a "limping" leader can be the person God uses to accomplish amazing things.©2006 Dan B. I will be returning to this book. Lots of nuanced insight into leadership dynamics through a biblical paradigm that includes the leaders own sin and shortcomings.

While trying to figure out what my path and purpose is, I was turned toward this book. Very good read, helps to start the process of de-forging the windshield pointed toward your future.

A good friend and Pastor recommended this to me.

This is the real deal on Christian leadership. Allender describes the ugly underbelly of leadership, not just platitudes and "how-to's".

This book points to Jesus and your relationship with him. It is not a how to book but rather an intimate look into the journey and story of a limping leader. It is an example of “in our weakness He makes us strong.” Thank you Dr. Dan Allender for the courage and trust in our Lord to sow a seed in readers/listeners like me.

Performance was great. I always love to hear an author read his own book. There is odd music placement in the middle of a chapter but I think that's because it's the abridged version.
Love the book, totally with it!

Book was incredible!
