What a Great Book! So many great lessons and ideas about team management, that can be easily implemented in any businesses environment. All Packed in such a short and easy to listen book. The narration was great. The Personal Stories were Great. Couch K is a very special person. I am very happy that I got to listen to this book.

I think the book states keep principal to leave people that work it for Coach k it's an okay Business book it's a little bit better if you want some basketball with them the only thing it lacks are more stories of how he applied more of his knowledge and he's waiting formula

Great insight into the viewpoints of Coach K. He shares his leadership and coaching approaches to the game and to life. I enjoyed listening to Coach K read his own book and it is encouraging to those who lead any kind of team or company.

Amazing book

Great message, great performance and now I feel motivated to not focus on success but on building up others. I realize my folly and where I've gone wrong. I highly recommend this book
