Four set out, one is dead, another is barely holding it together. Still, in the face of tragedy, to save the modern world, Alexander Grant is more determined than ever to stop Elam Khai, Peter Kroll, and anyone else who stands in his way. Having lived over 1500 years, our teenage hero knows a bit about history. But as much as he’s trained, seen, and experienced, nothing has prepared him for what he’s about to face.

In this third installment in the Battle for Forever series, League of Auld, the stakes are higher, and the action more intense as Alexander, Phoebe, and Renika, along with their band of misfits, confront some of the deadliest warriors the world has ever known. This edge of your seat adventure follows Alexander and his companions as they journey through a dangerous landscape where it seems everyone is after them. To stop the sinister plot designed to protect the future for a select few, they form new allies, face old foes, and uncover a shocking truth.

Humor, action, and history collide in this pulse-pounding penultimate book in the BFF saga where Alexander will have to lose everything if he is to have any chance at all to win the Battle For Forever.

It definitely took me a while to get use to Ray Porter’s voice after Wil Wheaton narrated the first two books. Most of my questions were answered in this book. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I have new questions. Can’t wait for book 4.

There are moments where I laughed out loud, much to the dismay of ppl who couldn't see my earphones. This was such a good listen. I have already recommended the series to other people based on this book. I liked the 1st two. This one I loved.

I really enjoyed this book

A masterpiece of a story. And Ray Porter’s voice work is once again outstanding. Eagerly awaiting the next release.

Talented storyteller

Ray Porter is better than Will Wheaton. I said what I said fight me.

EXCELLENT

Ray is an awesome narrator, but Wil should've finished the original 3-book set. Instead a new narrator combine with a inconsistent storyline (compared to books 1-2) and make for a very confusing conclusion, which ultimately does not conclude. I thought this was planned as a three book series. In any case, book 3 killed my hopes for an epic story conclusion. After this bate & switch, I doubt I'll spend any more money on this series wherever it goes.
