COMPLETE TRILOGY!

I never planned on walking into Blackwood Academy with a target on my back, but that’s what happens when you’re a witch in a demon’s world.

They’re not just any demons. Vale is a ruthless bully determined to strip me of my power piece by piece. Nicodemus? He’s dangerously charming, a devil with a taste for chaos. Ares and Slade are the deadly twin opposites—one sweet, one cruel. And Zephyrus Storm is my professor and my ruin.

When they discover I’m carrying their child, everything changes. Desire turns to obsession, and they’ll stop at nothing to claim me and the baby. But I didn’t just make a mistake; I broke a law as old as time and crossbred two worlds that were never meant to meet.

Now everyone wants me dead—and the baby growing inside me.

Bound by desire. Hunted by fate. And a child that could end it all.

I didn't mind the AI narration... some of it lacked the vocal nuances you'd get from a human but it was a far cry better then some of the narrators. The raunchy sex at the beginning of the story was fun and creative but then it fizzled out. The actual meat of the story was lacking grit. it was rushed over a 2 week period and you really didn't get character development. I wish they would have extended the time line and really let the characters relationships grow rather than the overnight flip flop. I'll keep going to see how book 2 is

It was good but could have been great

Great story. Not a fan of AI narrators. It mispronounces words regularly, but every AI narrator I've listened to does.
The description says this is a "trilogy" but I cannot distinguish three separate books in it. If this was published in 3 separate parts and I had only gotten 1 I would have been angry that I only got a partial story. There are no clear divisions that suggest this is a trilogy. Either the 3 original books are each woefully incomplete or 2 books of the trilogy are missing.

very good book, but a trilogy????

It had great potential but the virtual voice is as you would expect: Mispronounced words, and no inflection to denote characters. No actual voice acting is involved. At points, it was hard to determine who was speaking.

Story is good, Virtual Voice ruins the experience

Although there was definitely some issues with the automated voice at the beginning, it either gets better or you learn to understand it. Didn’t prevent me from thorough enjoying the story. Can’t wait to see what comes next

Unique story

Ok. Liked the virtual on this one. Had to play it at 1.35x speed so that it didn’t drag but otherwise, fantastic. Other virtual voice overs are horrendous.

Story ended at such a stupid place! It needed closure! So disappointed in the ending. There definitely was NOT an HEA

A virtual experience like no other
