The reader uses the same exact cadence repeatedly the entire book.

I couldn’t stop hearing the repeated cadence and it would irritate me to the point where I couldn’t focus on the story well. The story is about a ridiculously naive girl with no redeeming qualities.

Story not as good as remembered

While the story is entertaining, the narration makes it extremely difficult to get through.
