Two years ago, Beth Farrow turned her back on her three-year-old niece, Jenna, for just a few seconds. She disappeared without a trace.

How does a three-year-old go missing from a crowded summer fete without anyone noticing?

When Beth leaves the country to try and escape her guilt, someone sends her a photograph from an anonymous number. It's a photograph of Jenna. She's older, but Beth is sure it's her niece. She is determined to do what the police cannot: Find Jenna and bring her home.

But someone isn't pleased when Beth returns, and they will do whatever it takes to get rid of her. This time, for good.

The who dun it?

Captivating with twist and turns and turns and twists right up to the end. Great suspense.

Predictable

It was very predictable and could have been shortened into a shorter read it kinda dragged on.

Good read!

Lost Child had a solid mystery with a focus on family and helping each other. I also appreciated how it touched on mental health without making it feel heavy. A crime story with a lot of emotions and twists. Definitely a good read!

Great story

I am a sucker for a good English accent and was not disappointed when tired to a good storyline.

This story has been told better by others

This is not a new story and it has been told by other a lot better. I found this story to drag on and go off on unnecessary tangents. I struggle to keep with it, but I did and I was glad when it ended.

Narrator was okay.
