Loved it

Finished the first book a couple weeks ago and my daughter was excited there was a second one. She is already anticipating a third book.

Amazing Narrator!

I absolutely loved this book! Super descriptive and very fun! The narration is amazing. I find all the voices that she does for each character very accurate. My daughter loved this book. I would really recommend this book!

I was hesitant to pick up this book, as my expectations were high because the first book was incredible.
But I’ve decided this is an adorable series most elementary school aged children would be able to read.
As the second in the series, it holds on its own very well.
The family unit is still sound and slowly developing. The bond is good and believable.
It seems all of the characters returned from the first book, and another layer was peeled back as we learn more about them. Many more characters were added (for this book only) so this did command a bit more attentiveness than the first.
I’m very happy with the world building of this witchy tale. I like the characters, magic system, and lack of info dump.
The book description is better this time around. It allowed the book to tell the story and didn’t read like a summary.

Two thumbs up for this narrator - I hope she stays with the series!!

Highly highly highly recommended. A very satisfied purchase!
