Very sweet

Great story wonderfully written and performed. So glad I got this book. Can't really go wrong with Mrs Atwood.

For me this book was just okay. My gut is telling me that it would have been better with a different narrator.

Loved It!

I loved, loved, loved this sweet story! I listened to over half of it on audio book and the narration was really good. Then, I switched to reading it on ebook, as that was more convenient for me at the time, and I zoomed through the story, hardly able to set it down.

The growth from friends to a married couple to actual attraction and love was beautifully and believably done. This marriage of convenience story was a sweet read and the relationship between Lyndsey and Shep was so wonderful. I also enjoyed that the little boy was believable in this novel.

This was my first book to read from this author and now I look forward to reading many more.

great christian book

mother raising son alone after unexpected death of her husband. her best friend died from cancer. that friend's husband had promised to look after the wife if anything happened to him. mother raising her young son was in overwhelming debt....could she ever love again....how would she ever to be able to pay her bills? could she ever overcome her pride enough to accept the help offered? is there any way out of her situation? this book has a wonderful ending..( and, YAHOO, no illicit sex). this is a clean romance. it is neat to see how god works everything out. highly recommend this book!!

This is a great story & I hope the next books in the series go to audio too.
