This series is amazing. I enjoy seeing things from James’ point of view now. Well done!

Way too much internal dialogue

Book three was a letdown. The endless inner dialogue from the main character stalled the story and added little, making the plot feel repetitive and stagnant. Instead of showing real growth or moving the story forward, it circled the same ground as book two. The romantic scenes were also pretty vanilla and lacked excitement. Overall, I expected more progression and depth, but this installment felt like filler rather than a true continuation.
