Jules-professional horse girl whose life I live vicariously. The calm confidendal tone of the narrator tells the story of a hardscrabble trainer who never gives up. the story reminds me of horsey summers in the distant past

Just love everything about this series. Slow burn but very interesting. Can't wait for the next releases.

Reinert is a master

I’m not sure how Natalie Keller Reinert has written an entire book about changing barns and made it my favorite of the eventing series, but she did.

Reinert perfectly captures the insatiable longing of every horse girl at every stage, and the rare moments when we open our eyes and realize we’re living the life we once only dreamed of.
