Repetitive phrases

The amount of times “Are you ready? Let’s go” was spoken drove me nuts. Stopped listening after chapter 6

the subject at hand is what drew me in but...

it was just too much stringing along and repeat information or promises of said information.

Waste of a credit

What a waste of a credit, after every short chapter the narrator says are you ready to get started. Well when were you going to get started explaining how to do lymphatic message? Ever? Couldn’t finish, just a bunch of talk about NOTHING

The narration was fraught with mispronunciation

I kept hoping there would be more helpful information than reasons why I should keep listening. Alas, there was NOT! I gleaned very little information about the lymphatic system and actual massage technique. There was a list of general areas where lymph nodes are located,but no guidance as to how to massage those areas. A very boring and disappointing book. A waste of time!! And I was becoming more and more agitated by the mispronunciation in the narrative!!!
