Anatomically Correct

This was a great wrap to the series. I have loved that all of these Mrs are such harsh dangerous brutes but complete kittens with their wives/girlfriends. I love that Mila really kept the medical theme alive by Emmy being so curious and using correct anatomical words, even though that usually throws me off and takes me out of the story. However, for Emmys character it was important to keep that theme alive. At times I got annoyed with Emmy and the miscommunication that flowed in the story but all in all it was a great end to the series. Charlotte and Antonio are just so amazingly talented and switching in dialogue and accents for these characters was so impressive. This was dual narration.

Love Emma and Giacomo

Mafia Virgin is the fifth book in the Kings of Italy series. Emma was forced to marry Giacomo, a Sicilian mob boss in order to save her father. They are also ordered to get pregnant within 3 months, except they fall in love with each other. Emma is not hard headed like her sisters. She is sweet and curious, especially over Giacomo’s piercing. I really like her character. Giacomo is ruthless, but he is also not crazy like the other mafia characters in the series. He is more interesting in protecting certain characters. He could have called on Enzo or Fausto for help, but that would have given away his secret. I loved how Giacomo ultimately gave Emma the choice to be with him.

Great ending to the series.
Giacomo is the head of the Sicilian mafia, crude, quick to anger, he’s ruthless, grew up with an abusive father, was also a boxer, never lies and does not want to be married or dictated to.
Emma lives with and takes care of her father who has cancer.
She is smart, caring, understands the life of the mafia, close to her sister, and currently in college studying to be a doctor.
Emma & Giacomo are forced into a marriage by the head of the mafia and must provide an heir within six months.
Giacomo and Emma marry to protect her father and his sister.
**I feel Giacomo did not redeem himself
because of what he did on his wedding night and his explicit sexual confession to Emma. Hard no for me!
Great! Great! Epilogue
Narrators did a fantastic job.

This was the absolute hottest book I’ve ever listened to. I’m pregnant just from listening. READ IT.
