Suzanne is a genuine human who has good days and bad days. She explains that our bad days come from our brain that is alert to all dangers to keep us alive. Living from our hearts allows us to appreciate that we are all connected. It allows us to appreciate the joys in our life.

There are parts for the reader to do that strengthen our intuition and connections.
