There are parts for the reader to do that strengthen our intuition and connections.

Suzanne is a genuine human who has good days and bad days. She explains that our bad days come from our brain that is alert to all dangers to keep us alive. Living from our hearts allows us to appreciate that we are all connected. It allows us to appreciate the joys in our life.

I loved the whole book, her story is beautiful. I appreciate Suzanne’s whole hearted honesty in sharing that she would question and continue to question everything she was told and by spirit and her guides knowing/remembering from her higher self that this is all true.
Our human minds can’t make sense of the metaphysical. Our basic upbringing has shut down all of this miraculous information and natural capabilities. Sadly, it remains true for most, things we don’t understand we fear.
