Super sweet

This was a really sweet story. Not a lot of angst or suspense but good friends, good people, and a good story. Kale Williams also did an excellent job narrating.

Jude & Briar

Gah! I loved Jude and Briar’s story! So much so when I heard this was coming to audio, I knew it was going to be a must-listen. Kale Williams did a great job bringing Jude and Briar to life! I’m a huge fan of friends to lovers, and when you throw in a fake fiancé scenario I’m hooked right in! Their story was fun, sweet, sexy (hello hot and steamy first times) and made me laugh. Kale did a wonderful job with those sexy first times, and really drew me right back into their story. I loved how Jude would do anything for Briar to be comfortable attending a friend’s wedding where his cheating ex would also be. I thought it was so sweet the way he immersed himself in all things Briar and gay culture to pull off their charade. I felt for Briar as he tried to keep himself falling for Jude and I was silently cheering him on to “just tell him how you feel!” I really enjoyed getting to know their friends and now I need all their stories! Ultimately I love how their relationship unfolded and how they came to realize there was nothing fake about what they were feeling. I adored their HEA and it left a giant smile on my face!

Perfect narration for a perfect story

Marry me is such a sweet & steamy story about best friends falling in love. I absolutely love the fake relationship trope and Mia Monroe wrote it perfectly. Kale Williams had the perfect narration to really bring this story to life as an audio book.

Briar is a sweet baker who doesn’t want to face his awful ex alone. He asks Jude to pretend to be his fiancé at a wedding he has to attend that his ex will be at. Jude is a great best friend and has no problem pretending to be Briar’s fiancé. As they practice being affectionate in public in order to pass as a real couple at the wedding he realizes he enjoys all the things they do. Jude starts to wonder if he’s as straight as he always thought.

This story was everything I love about MM romance. It had real heart, lots of laughter, two characters that are prefect for each other and the best HEA you could ask for.

Mia Monroe is an amazing author. And I´m starting to love Kale Williams as a narrator.

I loved this story and I have both read it and listen to it.

Amazing story and narration!

Mia's writing is always amazing and hearing it read aloud is an experience everyone should have. I can't rave about this audiobook enough!! Jude and Briar's love story is one of my favorites! Kale Williams is quickly moving to the top of my must listen narrators.
