No way is she willing to deal with eons of hate Tweets for taking the soul of a paranormal superstar. Reaping supernaturals isn't even her gig. She's strictly human - only. No. There must be some mistake with the list, and she'll get to the bottom of it...if she can just ignore the distracting reappearance of a certain hunky doctor in her life.

Hudson Kahlil-frequently known as Dr. Sexypants among besotted patients and staff - could swear he knows Roxanne from somewhere. As a phoenix who's regularly reincarnated with no previous knowledge of his past lives, he's not surprised he can't place her. Though he'd love to reacquaint himself...and he may get the chance, since they're both temporarily staying at Marty Flaherty's home, protecting her while racing to find an unknown threat.

Marty has a seriously sucky day...

And she doesn’t seem to realize it. Granted she’s not more than a centerpiece for the story because things aren’t REALLY happening to her, but because of one thing that does she becomes the catalyst for the story. I like Rocky, although i dont know why she doesn’t go by Roxy, but she doesn’t. I like the doctor that Rocky has secretly been crushing on for like 40 years, super long time to carry a torch for someone, but everything works out for a Phoenix and a reaper. Hollie Jackson as usual does okay, but she struggles to really have much character behind the male voices. Sad that this is the last available OOPS story in audible, but I enjoyed them all.

I love this series. This story was too short. I would have loved more lead up - going to the bar before the horrible, terrible, .... instead of just telling about it later in the story. Usually the stories are so detailed, this seemed to be a condensed version. I do hope that Ms. Cassidy is not finished with this series!!!

Sad, heartbreaking, joy

Marty has been in a coma for unknown reasons. Most doctors think that her case is hopeless. A “Reaper” was even dispatched to retrieve her soul. That Grim Reaper is a fan girl of the OOPS team and doesn’t automatically accept the computerized order. She doesn’t even know who sent the order so she’s decided to guard Marty’s body and soul until she can figure out who sent the order, why it was sent, and if it’s even valid. There are several attempts that appear to be attacks against Marty. Maybe the attacks were against Hudson, her Cardiologist, since he was close at hand with each attack.

Fantastic

As I’ve listened to the hijinks of Nina and her framily of misfits, I’ve laughed, and I’ve cried at times, but I’ve enjoyed every single moment. I’ve wished I could join in at times, especially if it meant Archibald would be coming to cook dinner on a regular basis.

I look forward to the continuation of the Accidentally series.
