Must read/listen!!

This book is a must read as it gives the reader an inside view of LA nightlife and serves as motivation. This book is relatable and the inspiration that this book provides can be applied to anyone’s life. Thank you Eli for sharing your life with the world 🤙

Good story, not a great audiobook

The podcast style interruption between is lame and doesn’t add to the story. The book is decent, it’s a good story filled with tons of self torture. Glad he found running and good health.

Hits home

This is a story majority of the population can find something to relate to. Great from start to finish and truly can't recommend this book enough.

Appreciate the authors realness & straightforward approach to action / change

Appreciate the realness in the story & Q&A podcast after each book chapter, it definitely added more color to an already colorful story.

I can only imagine how challenging it was to share and be vulnerable about his past like he did.

Eli's book is very practical; no jargon and easy to read and comprehend. Eli's life turn around and quickness to action is something we can all learn from

Ownership and progression

Great memoir that resonates with me in so many ways. Invest in yourself. Mind, body and soul. Take ownership, forgive and seek wisdom. Eli never tried to preach, he simply used his life experiences and shared his journey of progression.
