GOOD work,

I thing cognitive reframing is important, this book touches on that in its disciplinary focus. Doesn’t mention it but asks the reading to stay engaged in that way. GOOD work, Mr. Cook.

Overall good book

From the cover I thought this would be a war book or a story of battle…..Well I guess doing battle with yourself is the concept.haaahahhah. Overall good book for a basic understanding of the enneagram.

Great principles to live by!

I appreciate the brief consolidation of the key principles that make Navy SEALS successful. These ideas can be applied to many other daily situations.

This book was not my favorite to listen to.

This book was not my favorite to listen to. I could see how it would be nice as a bedtime read, but I think some books just don’t translate well into audio. But it wasn’t for lack of information, just wasn’t very engaged with it. But the research was honestly great!
