Clever short story

This was an entertaining supernatural thriller - a good hour + time spent while driving

Odd ending

This is the second short story follow-up to Patient Zero. This story isn't directly related to Patient Zero other than it involves the DMS's Echo Team. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars as I felt the ending was a bit out of character from what I expected in this series. That being said, it's still a great story with an epic battle sequence.

Check lengths.

Maberry's books are exciting. Love them. Porter is a top notch narrator. However, resent using credits for 45minute prequel/sequel.

The Maberryverse tied together

Ever wonder what a meeting between Joe Ledger and Malcom Crowe would be like? Here is the answer. If you are a fan of the DMS and the little town dipped in darkness this is a treat. My only remaining question is how does Pine Deep fair in the wake of Lucifer 113?

Twilight Zone for the 21st Century

This was a great little story. Fast pace with a twist at the end. Worth a quick read.
