A word with an experienced and wiseman is worth a tonnes of books. At least this is how I see this book. This book showed me a way to overload my comfort zone and to take positive rests. The ideas here may not be new. But sometimes same thing gives an altogether new insight when it is received at a moment when we are ripe for it. Perhaps I was ripe for something which the author was trying to convey. Since this is a short book, I can repeat listening till I have internalized the points which I want to absorb. - Haresh Raichur.

If a heavy scottish accent telling you you can do anything doesn't get you feeling good, I don't know what will. Production quality was pretty poor, but the content was worth the money.

Mental strength is an attribute, not an ideal. That’s my takeaway from this excellent book.

Like an athlete improving by focusing on the attributes that will take them further, Iain discusses the ways in which you can develop the attributes that will lead to a more positive and successful headspace. It also helps define what “positive” and “successful” may mean for you.

At around 30 minutes long, this book should not be overlooked.

I bought this because I loved the book. The book is 192 pages so I should have questioned why only :42 minutes? You get one chapter worth of the entire book. How can they do that? What a rip off. Save your money!
