The story continues well for the most part. Not as good as the second book. There is okay character development. The MC has some moments where he let his emotions dealing with a particular male character, get the better of him. My one complaint would be there are times where the story was not fully expanded upon and certain scenes were just skipped by. Also, while I understand that no one wants an all powerful main character that can just one shot everybody you also don’t want a main character that’s weak or needs to be bailed out of every fight.
