In this Osho talk, Osho begins speaking about the body and health, he actually spends a great deal of time on this topic and most of the speech is taken up with it. Thus this is one of the more unusual speeches because it is so grounded and all about the physical for most of the speech. Near the end of the speech in Osho fashion he starts talking about the mind, awareness and meditation. He said that when a person meditates: anything that you focus on with awareness that is a sin will disappear and anything you focus on with awareness that is a virtue will grow. So anger and lust will dissipate and disappear while love and compassion will grow larger encompassing more and more space. This speech specifically targets physical and spiritual health and is unusual because most Osho talks are not about the physical body and health.

The Yoga system of Patanjali explored by Osho.
