I love this audiobook for its relaxing music and the narrator's soothing voice which help release the anxiety or anger. Recently I had some problems in my social relationship, and I felt so frustrated and upset. By following and breathing with the narrator, I feel the sensation and mindfulness in my mind, and there's nothing to be angry at. Many thanks to this peaceful and joyful listen.
