Perfect!

I have loved this book for years, and the performance of it is perfect. Highly recommend for a quick, gothic romantic fix!

Interesting mystery and the characters creative.

The story line is really good and very close to the correct history of that time. Good mystery with interesting plot and the main character is charming and smart.

I love that Victoria Holt books are being re-recoded. One of my favorites of hers.

The book that got me into romance/mystery!

Read this back in 2001 and it made me fall in love with historical romance/mystery. Absolutely love this book and decided to give the audiobook a try. No regrets! It’s amazing. 🥰
