This audiobook surprised me in a good way. I didn’t realize how much tension I carry around finances until I started going through these meditations. The focus on the body and nervous system made it feel grounding instead of just repeating affirmations. I’ve been using a few sessions before bed, and I notice I feel calmer and less reactive about money stress. It’s helped me shift how I think and feel about wealth in a more balanced way.

Years ago, when I had my own business, I heard a speech about the money stories we grow up with and believe, whether they are true or not. However, now that I am semi-retired, those stories for good or bad no longer fit my life and my future. A friend online shared this audiobook with me, and I am so glad. The meditations are very relaxing, and they helped me focus on letting go of the old money stories that are no longer helpful, so I can become the author of my own money mindset for the future. It was very enlightening. The only distraction for me was the narrator's heavy breathing throughout the meditations. I know they were thoughtfully used to help the listener focus on their breath, but they were not helpful for me; they were a distraction. Still, that should not disuade anyone from getting this audiobook to help release the money stories that may no longer serve.

This mediation audiobook for alignment and money is so good. I love the many different affirmations. I find they work well for my nervous system.
