I am a broker/sales agent in Missouri and have found a plethora of very useful information in Pat's inexpensive but informative books! I listened to the first one and decided I needed them all. Thanks!

pretty solid book overall. learned a little. one thing I think the book needs is to go over more is purchasing homesteads/farms. I know it talked about it a little but go into more detail in my opinion. I will be reading the rest of the series as well

No original ideas, no useful tips.

Everything here is merely standard information of realtors. It is well known or can be easily found on Internet. Book is not worthy.

I don't know how this book could get positive reviews. I have a serious doubt that they are real.

Waste of time and money.

Nothing new, just a basic and elementary review of ideas repeated chapter after chapter. How stupid of me to fall for this over simplified information. Robert J
