I really wish the app had titled chapters, it would make it so much easier to navigate to the specific chapter I need. Apart from that, I'm really enjoying the affirmations! They cover topics like self-love, boss mode, stress, and anxiety. The music sets a perfect tone, I often play it in the background and let it wash over me.

Great Affirmations!

This book has affirmations similar to ones you've undoubtedly read or listened to in other places if you enjoy affirmations. While I believe the author is well intended, I found this particular audiobook annoying, though, because the author included intrusive music in the background. Frankly, it got on my last nerve. I suggest listening to a sample of this to see if it would bother you as it did me.
