Life after high school still blows.

Between a judgmental beauty-advice-columnist mom who sends clothes several sizes too small and social-media sex-shaming her senior year of high school, Faith Lacerna needs a self-confidence boost. Her humor and audacity spark more than Caleb's competitive nature.

Faith doesn't want to be interested, but Caleb's kindness and sense of adventure has her hooked. She soon realizes she needs to confront her hurts and fears if she wants to embrace a relationship with Caleb and not let the past intercept her future.

What a great story!

I started listing to this book on a whim, and I’m so glad I did. I loved this story, one of my new favorites. I wish I didn’t have to stop listening to it to work haha. I hate that Faith can’t see the knock out she is. But the fact that she moved across country was the best thing that could have happened to her. Caleb is a complete gentleman, and the absolute sweetest. I love that she is comfortable with him, for the most part. She had a lot of insecurities she had to get over. This story is a bit of a slow burner, but sex is definitely a part of the story. I’m glad her friends and Caleb brought her out of her shell. The wrap up ending was the cherry on top, the perfect way to do an epilogue if you ask me. The only thing I didn’t like about this story was she hiccuped when she was stressed or nervous, it was annoying to listen to. Also, his ex is totally manipulative b*tch! Oh! Faith’s mom sucks too! Listen or read this book now~ totally underrated and totally worth it! Narration is fantastic, I’m a big fan of Anastasia Watley, she has such a sexy and smooth voice. Nelson Hobbs is also solid~

Such an amazing story! Funny, heartwarming and real. Narration is top tier. I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Cute Story

Slow burn but it was a cute story revolving around trust. I hate the nickname that faith gave Caleb but that’s just my opinion. 3.5 out of 5.
