Loved this book!

The characters were real and interesting. The dialogue was witty. I am of Portuguese decent and really enjoyed the Portuguese culture that was woven into the story. You will enjoy this book!

Enjoyable little listen~

They are cute, and I think TJ is my new book crush. He’s the cutest! I really enjoyed this story but I felt like they fell for each other too quickly and it wasn’t realistic. They didn’t hang out enough to catch feelings in my opinion. But I guess they were just drawn to each other? Idk. I like that they come from two totally different backgrounds, it’s refreshing. The spice isn’t the spiciest, but I really enjoyed it. The little fort he builds and the general description are chefs kiss for me! It was simply delicious~ I like the two narrators, but Nelson Hobbs changed his voice a little to fit the character, which I appreciated, but also didn’t love haha. Anastasia was solid, and a good fit for Phoebe. Overall, this story made me LOL a lot, and I loved the characters. It’s a decent addition to the series, but didn’t love it as much as the first. Can’t wait to listen to book 3.
