Great read, very informative and properly organize

I love the book, seriously it was well put together and in order. I will use this book in my future for reference, I would recommend this book to any and all especially beginners.

Good content but worst narrators ever

The dude they have reading this book is so bad. I hope he hasn’t quit his day job.

The contents within the book is good. I’ll just need to buy it and read it the old fashion way. Can’t listen to this guy much longer.

Enjoyed the read

I am a real estate investor of homes that is now researching information on multi family units. The book was informative and will be used as reference for future endeavors.

It is better than it sounds

This book is better than it sounds in the beginning. In my opinion it is not suitable for beginners but for people with some experience so they can more competently handpick "pearls of wisdom" hidden among superficial, "infomercial" kind of material. For instance every one hour or so you can get a really valuable information which is pretty good in my opinion. Narration sounds like a computer-generated voice, but if you don't let that interrupt you, you can generate a value from this book. I recommend the book as a supplement to other books on the subject.

All the information is very useful for someone that don't have any experience.

I love it it takes you to another level or another different perspective of what you could imagine
