What did you like best about Murder Among Neighbors? What did you like least?

This is an interesting story. I enjoyed it. But the person who read it was terrible. It was painful to listen to. She ruined an otherwise great book. I wish I had read this one and not listened to it.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Suzan Lynn Lorraine?

Xe Sands anyone else!!!

It's good but ...

I really enjoy this authors work even with the different narrators the work remains the same; it draws me in. it's well written and has a little bit of everything.

Great story

The story's entertaining enough; somewhat cliche and dated (it's set in the early 90s) but not a bad mystery story. This narrator though is terrible. She keeps mispronouncing words and her attempts at the various characters' spoken dialogue are soooo bad; there's not a bit of voice-acting talent here. The tone and inflection she uses are just way, way off from the mood/gender/intent of whatever text she's reading. I'm disappointed that the other books in this series are all read by the same person; if it was someone else I'd listen to more but I won't be downloading anything else with this narrator.

Would be so much better with a different narrator
