 My kid leads, is an excellent choice for busy parents/caregivers. The book is narrated by the author, which gives the listener additional input ( voice inflections lets listeners know what are crucial concepts).


-Each chapter is can be listen to as a stand alone

-Offers a new approach to view a child's behavior

-Lists practical ways to encourage Leadership skills at home

- How to identify Leadership potential in children

- Leadership skills encompass other qualities for example self discipline, encouraging/rewarding ethical behavior, encouraging children to think about what goals they want to achieve.


Some listeners may find it hard to acknowledge their child's lack of leadership qualities;however, the book offers advice on how to help children develop independent thinking skills.


Personally I'd love to think of my 1 yr old as a leader. The reality is that time will let me know if I am nurturing a future leader or an  independent well balanced man.
