A fairy prince in hiding. A human who didn’t sign up for this.

When my landlord said I’d be getting a roommate to help cover rent, I didn’t expect him.

Auren shows up with designer luggage, a crown-shaped dent in his hair, and absolutely no idea how to function like a normal human. He can’t work the washing machine, burns water trying to boil it, and keeps accidentally summoning flower petals every time he sneezes.

Oh, and he’s apparently some kind of fairy prince “undercover” in the mortal world.

Sharing an apartment with him is a nightmare. A gorgeous, sparkly, maddening nightmare.

But the longer he stays, the harder it is to stay annoyed. Especially when he starts asking for “lessons” on how to blend in. Lessons that somehow include teaching him how to use the subway, how to order takeout… and what humans usually do when they’re sharing a bed.

I told myself I wasn’t going to get involved. But between the way he looks at me when I say his name and the fact that he somehow keeps ending up in my lap, I think I’m the one who’s in over my head.

Was such a cute littler story!! Fairy and human I loved it. I do wish it was a HEA where he got to go back to his realm and show him around but it was still cute

Super cute

Awful. Stresses on wrong words. Jerky delivery. Totally ruined the story.
Made me feel cut off and lonely.
Throwing away any human contact.
