It provides you the basics of simple meditation with a little formal spin. The best thing for forwarding students about the book is the simple suggestions that one requires to be focused on And use often to get outstanding outcomes.

Great AUDIBLE

Extremely intensive and adroit gander at Mysticism. I will peruse this book considerably more than once. I will be checking out its many references and commentaries.

narrator reminds me of Reverend Lovejoy...

...from The Simpsons. Some people may enjoy that, I found it a bit distracting. Overall there is some good information in the book.
