Awesome book!

The author has already been there and experienced manipulation in her private life. I was so involved with her life story because I recognized and finally realized that I am going through the same situation. It isn't easy and simple to decide to fight because my self-esteem as well as my self worth is ruined. But this book gives me hope that there is a happy end, I just have to believe in myself and be brave.

It is very difficult to be honest with yourself and to see that you’re being manipulated by someone close. It is an illness by the manipulator but it affected me massively. This book helped me immensely it is super friendly to listen to and very easy to understand. Super supportive.

Well researched!

I got this book because I have finally realized that my mother has been manipulated me for years. She is one of "victim" manipulators. She has been causing a feeling of guilt in me all my life. Her acting as a victim has been increased after I move out, and those strategies and tips from the book have helped me to deal with her. It hasn't stopped yet, but I know how to fight back now.
