The only person who’s ever gotten this close is ColdAsIce17, my anonymous confidant on the school chat app. With him, I can totally be myself.

But what happens when the lines blur between the guy I hate and the one I can’t stop thinking about?

no 3rd act breakup

this was a good story. I wasn't sure at the begining. I thought it was just going to be a shallow story about two people having sex every other page that I was going to have to DNF. I was pleasantly surprised. it didn't take long to realize this was not the case. I was worried there would be a 3rd act breakup up, but there wasn't one. thank goodness. this was a good story. I recommend.

I can’t believe it’s over!!! 3.5 fond star read

Wow, I started the series a.k.a. red book one a couple years ago I believe and didn’t finish it until the end of 2025. I flew through books 2 through seven and couldn’t put them down and read them back to back to back well, and also listened, of course! These two new to me narrators were absolutely amazing. Yes we’ve had the same two books one through six, but I’m glad that we got to meet these two new ones in book 7. Grayson Owens and Angelina Rocca hit it out of the park for me. I loved Angelina’s gravely voice, and Grayson did a great job of really emoting his characters as well. I truly felt. I was in the story with these guys.
This was the ending of the entire series and a bit sad about it. I didn’t love this one, but I didn’t hate it either. Probably my least favorite out of the entire series but still we got to see a past characters and what they’ve been up to, and that’s always a nice touch to see who’s where and when.
All in all, a darn good ending to a really good series. I actually had to finish this one to go on to start the new one that just came out! Lol! Boy oh boy am I glad I did. I would’ve missed out on an amazing series.

All the feels for these characters! Loved this book!

This book is super hot & has such a great storyline. Both main characters, Bridger & Holland, have deeply personal secrets. A forced proximity situation results in them navigating deeply rooted trust issues together that are partly caused both by one another & from underlying family relationships. Their chemistry is undeniable, but their disdain for one another brings an added spark that burns HOT HOT HOT! Angelina Rocca & Grayson Owens are my new favorite narration duo! Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
