Colonel Hamish Hamilton and his team from MIC, Military Intelligence Cryptids, are faced with three missions to be completed concurrently. These are the assassination of a Dark Elf in Norway, the capture alive and return of a Yeti youth to the Sacred Sanctuary in Tibet, and the capture not necessarily alive of a rogue British lieutenant general who is after the Sacred Water.

The Norwegian equivalent of MIC has requested through General Maxwell that Sergeant Peterson carry out the assassination. Maxwell insists that Hamilton captures the British officer before he reaches the Fountain of Youth, while Macduff leads the rest of the team to find the baby Yeti and return him safely to Shangri Lah.
