I love that Jess was like "real" person...she makes mistakes, she fights her feelings an she knows who she is

What did you like best about this story?

I love the way Jess an Slater tried so hard not to become what they were destined to be..together.These kinda stories always suck me in....

I'd have to say Jess was her best performance

There were some great giggle scenes....i liked those

Over all this is a really good book to listen to....I will prolly listen to it more then once....

A bit overwhelming

Liked the two main characters, but the bit players had a lack of depth. Not a bad read though.

Great start to the series and narrator.

I loved watching Slater and Jess try to deny what was meant to be, fight against it, and ultimately loose. I enjoyed watching the friendship between Jess and Brody grow (especially since I read In Too Deep first and know what happens). Again, I just love a strong woman in a story, who stands up for herself no matter who it is in front of her (no whinnying chick in this book either).
This is a great prequel to introduce you to all the individuals in the series and the world of wolves, vampires, witches, druids, Nephalim, and more. I am looking forward to more of this series and to find out who the next book is about.

Its just sex

This book is more sex then story. The narrator made them sound like little kids. I have the next book so we'll dare if it's better

She brought the characters even more to life than the author had already done.
