I've read this book and it was good. But, this was such a good performance that it was just that much better. 5 stars

Awesome start to a new series

I don't think I've ever read a hellhound shifter book. Shaq was sweetheart, even though he was also a bada** alpha. Drew was also a sweetheart, though he is only human, well mostly. When Drew runs away from an unwanted advance from a wolf shifter, well he doesn't know that he is a shifter, he ends up at Shaq's bar. Unbeknownst to them, they are mates. It's been a very, very long time since mates were around. Also, it turns out that Drew is an Omega, another impossibility. It appears that things are changing and Shaq & Drew are going to be in the middle of it all. There is evil on the horizon. Upheavals in the shifter community & the mother goddess has decided to visit. I loved all of the secondary characters and can't wait for the next book in this series. But in the mean time, I will need to go & read the Chosen One series as it appears that some of the characters in this book appear in those.

Hellhounds HEA

I’ve always wondered what happened to Meeshaq. I read Logan and Gideon and Salerno before this one and I’m glad I picked this one up. I love hearing about the hell hounds.

Always a treat to see the Jerics specially Ollie.

Love Macy Blake’s books

I’ve listened to several of her series already. Some even twice. Finally found this book and was not disappointed in the slightest. I love the world she’s built and the connectivity of her series and the characters making an appearance from other series. It paints a wonderful world picture and gives the events several views between each of the books from different peoples perspective and challenges they face.
