Everyone has left Ruby, even her sister Trixie. Nick needs a place to hide and returns to the sister's apartment. Nick is ready to step on the straight and narrow, with the help of a magical amulet and Ruby. The trouble begins! A fun read.

UTTERLY FANTASTIC

NOT HER GARGOYLE is the fifth book in the Not This series. Though each will stand alone and I have read them out of order, I recommend reading them all and in the order of release for maximum enjoyment. Reading Not Her Gargoyle has me finally caught up with the series and I’ll now be reading them as they release.

What I love most about this story is that not everyone has to be rich to fall in love. Two people down on their luck and struggling to get by are made better by finding one another.

The wit, the sarcasm, the fun, the love, the families, and the over-the-top dragon that is Eion all made for a fantastic and enjoyable read (listen) that had the headphones on while I worked instead of just during my drive.

Narration: B.J. Harrison is the voice of the NOT THIS series; I can’t imagine anyone else bringing our favorite characters to life as he does.

"I never asked you to..."

Love this book, and love the audio book even more, the reader really does a great job bringing the story even more to life, you get vested in whats happening to Ruby and Nick even more, and the end makes it even better. True love is never easy, and sometimes it takes almost losing it to realize what you have! definitely a great listen in long commutes or if you have one of those great jobs where you can listen to what ever you want! though its not exactly work safe, but then again love never is!

I loved this book! It was funny and had just the right amount of seriousness and sexiness to not be silly. Looking forward to listening to more books by this author.

Wonderful story!

Another great book by this Arthur!! Loved the main characters in this one Ruby a human and Nick a gargoyle. Kept me smiling as I listened to this audiobook. fast paced plenty of action and romance with a good bit of humor thrown in. It can be a standalone but if you can listen to the others in the series I would it makes it more enjoyable to see where the other characters come in from . well worth listening.B. J. Harrison did a wonderful job narrating as well made it a pleasant experience.
