Great book

Great read and short but very interesting and relatable. Looking forward to more books by this author.

8th grade Middle School

Easy and interesting book. Great book about friendship, loyalty, honesty, and responsibility . The main character, Joel, is faced with adult decisions that ultimately alter his young life. Excellent book to teach about life choices and consequences.

Excellent story. Bland narrator.

The story is excellent. I would recommend this title for every child, especially boys grades 4-8. Unfortunately, the narrator was bland. Very little feeling and no emotion.

such a powerful story

such a sad but powerful story which made me lecture my son to keep him safe.

Classic morality tale

This story teaches a great lesson. Stories like this are needed in this world of too much technology.
