I enjoyed this whole series. Only the second two books are available on audible. I had slight misgivings with the initial premise of the book, but I enjoyed the character development and poignancy of longing. The narrator of this book grew on me.

Good not great

It started out with a bang. I love the beginning. After that there just wasn’t enough action or intrigue. Not sure what it was that was missing for me. The love scenes were very mild. Not real detailed. I didn’t feel like I really knew either of the main characters deeply. I never really got in their skin.
