This book demystifies mentoring and makes it seem applicable to anyone who has experience to share.

Good points but very dragged out

the 5 min audio track of the MENTOR is a summary of the book. I did learn on how to improve the mentoring relationship and I'm knocking off one star from the review just because the story is very long and dragged out.
