Short but impactful!

If every leader in the world applied the principles in this book, the world would be a better place. We’d be more profitable. We’d have better products. We’d have better teams. We’d work with better unity and we’d have far less hate. Learn it read it apply it.

It was very religious and I didn’t expect that

Good book - however it jumped around too much from scripture to scripture. I wish it would have been a bit more organized and had a better narrative. It seemed to hit on several good points.

Good content but dry presentation

The facts about leadership are helpful but I was expecting the story telling style of Ken Blanchard (like in GungHo and One Minute Manager). The way the content is presented sounds more like a research paper. It is not well suited for an audiobook. The narrator's pace makes the topics hard to follow and think about. The pacing is too fast and is read like a dry bullet list of facts.

Great read

Short, straight to the point, while insightful. I will, definitely, be referring to it often.

easy read

Gives great overview of servant leadership with religious examples. The concept is great however if you’re looking for pure management book this one may be too religious / spiritual.
