Just finished this book and wow, it came at exactly the right time for me. I bought it after having a mini breakdown when I realized I'd spent THREE HOURS on Instagram looking at people I don't even know anymore from high school - like, what am I doing with my life?? Kai Jordan gets it - the book doesn't shame you or tell you to throw your phone in the ocean (thank god, because I need it for work). Instead, it's more like having a really smart friend help you figure out why you keep getting sucked into the digital vortex. The 21-day plan seemed doable, though I'll admit I didn't do every single exercise perfectly - life happens, you know? But even doing most of them has helped.

This book is an easy to follow and encouraging book for anyone wanting less digital clutter. The 21 day plan breaks everything into small steps that are simple to complete. By the end, I felt more focused, organized, and in control of my digital life.

I do not use a lot of social media or visit many computer sites that are not work related, but for those who do, this book is full of great ideas to minimize your digital life by providing a 21 day digital detox plan to be more productive, and in turn form closer relationships by being able to spend more quality time with friends & family.
