While including evidence for their potential as a healing or spiritual tool, the author will also include the voices of experiencers and researchers who think otherwise, exploring their rationale while avoiding either sugar-coating or fear-mongering. This is more than a book—it's a journey

I listened to this book with only a minimal knowledge of the phenomena of OBEs. I was well versed in other somewhat similar experiences, like NDEs and shamanic journeys. I was deeply impressed by the story that unfolded. The author has had a rich and deeply personal set of out-of-body experiences, so this is more than a book—it is a journey. I was pulled along as she tried to better understand her own experiences.



The author read this book herself, and she achieved something with deep meaning and a heart.
